These fish are pretty cool IMO. I have a 2 inch Rainbow and it's an interesting fish. I was unaware that they're schooling fish and supposed to be kept in groups but my Rainbow seem to be doing fine on his own for a few weeks now.

I just discovered all the different sub-species these fish come in and all the different colors. The Bozemanis are beautiful. When I get a bigger tank I'm going to get a school going. Right now I have a 20 gallon so I'm pretty limited on what I can do...

Anyone else here into these fish?

awesome fish, don't know why they aren't near as popular as other fish. great color and very active. think a big long tank w plants and they look amazing. haha o and yes i have a 110 dedicated to them. schools of the reds, boesmani, axelrods, and maccullochi. the parkinsoni are pretty nice as well. pretty much just know what color you want and you can find a rainbow to fit it. even the cheap "Australian Rainbowfish" look cool.

I have three of them with my Cichlids and bichirs, yet the bichirs have left them alone for 1 year. They really are good fish.

they are great, they look attractive as a large school hovering over a tank of bottom dwelling cichlids (like Steatocranus)

I keep threadfin rainbows and a couple of other small species in a planted tank. They're some of the smallest rainbows out there. :)
