My BIL in a bad wreck there, looking for info
 
I'm not from shennandoah but I have loads of experience with accidents and such in Virginia.

Yeah cuz law enforcement and "perps" dont work together on a daily basis. Sorry to hear about your brother in law and hope you get it all worked out.
