I've been really getting into this recently and its been a huge stress reliever and a benefit in my life. Any MFKers into this too?
I lift a about 4 to 5 times a week. Not really trying to get massive but I enjoy it. Also add cardio a few times a week. Starting to lean my diet out so I can drop my body fat percentage.

Been lifting for 4 years. Wouldn't say I'm a body builder as I am absolutley terrible when it comes to cardio but I love getting bigger and stronger

Nice! knew there were more out there. I lift sometimes six days a week, with alternating body parts every day. The cardio is something i definitely need to work on... my weak point there. How far do you usually run?
I'm trying to get back into it so it'd be nice to have people were accountable to lol
