Penelope is a song about a fish and it sings, "Oh Penelope, are you filled with air? swallowed oxygen, makes you float up, is it dropsy? will your lungs swell? its depressing me, to see you struggle."

I thought it was funny that it said dropsy in a song about a fish.

Also its funny how he said the fish has lungs. Maybe he is singing about a snakehead?
