Anybody Ordered From Reefs 2 Go?

I have zero personal experience with them. However, there are lots of complaints about them, all of them having similar or the same issues.

Our local club wanted to do a GB until we were thrown a heads up.

This is just one of them:
I'd go elsewhere. We've recently done two group buys with them.

They have shorted us on livestock severely both times, and last time (two days ago was the delivery day) they were out of blue legged hermits. How does a company run out of hermit crabs?

The bad thing is they will give you store credit for the non-shipments - meaning you paid them now, but "might" get something later. They didn't ship a wrasse I ordered either time. And this last time they overcharged me - I paid anyways so as not to delay any of the order, and expected a refund. They have yet to contact me on the refund, and I've requested a refund through paypal. Hope I get it back!

Their pricing is great - but when you constantly have to reorder to use credit from no-ships, the pricing doesn't seem so great.

I'm on the lookout for another great company that will actually either ship everything or not charge for stuff they don't have.

I have dealt with them and I will never order from them again! No customer service and when I finally talked to them they were rude.
 
...any sites out thier that sell decent prices in marine animals?...I always order from live aquaria, great place, service, shipping, stock, quality...endless.

http://www.reggiestropicalfish.com/home.html <-- great prices on clean up crews. They do things a little differently. They collect specimens, and then put them up for sale the next day on a first come first serve basis. Good people too.
 
My package came in today, and I'm very glad of the conditions of my inverts. Everything is a live and well. The onl thing is they didn't give me any scarlets and now I need to get credit back..... but I really enjoying my calico crab.
 
Lord have mercy are they cheap...plus free shipping on orders over $199!

Heathd...any experience with these guys? My next fish order my NOT be a wholesale one for once. :D

It would only take $235 for me to finish off my whole fish collection here!

Zero experience with them, but they have excellent feed back. One of these days, I am going to order their 10 florida ricordia package... maybe even two of them. :D
