When I got my lungfish he have thsi white patch by the side of his body. I asked the seller why there's a patch, I was advice due to net struggle therefore resulting in a patch there but was advice will heal. Have been coming for around 2 months since it's with me but the patch is there. What more can I do?

It looks like a pleco sucked on it. If it isn't getting larger and the fish acts normal I wouldn't worry. It's hard to kill lungfish.

Hi Rodger,
This marking had been there before I introduced pleco into its tank. During the transfer from seller to me, was told due to struggle of the lungfish from the net therefore the marking is there but will recover. In fact the plecos in the tank doesn't get close to the lungfish. they was scatter away when the lungfish is swimming near them and the plecos spend more of their time staying at the driftwood.
If I use API stress coat does it helps?

Stresscoat can't hurt. It looks more like a would to me. I would try seperating the pleco for a while. It can't hurt and it is free to do, won't put chemical in the tank. It could have been Pleco damage prior to you getting it. New Pleco may have gone right to the damaged arra.

I haven't start using any chemical on it though because it has been eating well and not much of an issue. my new pleco isn't interacting with my lungfish so the wound was there prior before I got it.
