Anyone besides me keep Wallago attu?

I currently have one 16" Wallago attu (aka Killer Catfish). Had a half dozen in the mid 1990's also. Anyone else keep these beasts? Mine is housed with a 18" True Alligator Gar. They get along fine 97.3% of the time , with a little squabble every now and again over food usually. Just wondering. Would like to see some pictures of others if anyone keeps them besides me. Thanks.

we get it as food fish in local fish market, the biggest I have seen is some more then 3ft...

I keep a wallago micropogon bout 17" now, looks kinda like a attu.

I think I see what he means by that...most shops around here that carry gars simply label them all as gators regardless of species,probably because the name is a better seller as opposed to the other common names of the other species.

Exactly. I own an A. spatula. I have baby longnose gar in late- April for sale every year. Would also still like to know of anyone else with Wallago attu.
