Any one breed flatheads? Thinking I might for a food supply

I was thinking convicts too but heard they have bony fins that can hurt fish

Looking for some xtra food for my frontosa colony

I would just stay clear of live especially for frontosa. Why not just feed pellets?

I do pellets and frozen just looking to add a little something else in there, I would just rather raise my own food then buy feeders why stay away from live?

The easiest thing would be to culture red wiggler (or composting) worms... perfect size for fronts, nutritious, safe... and super easy to culture (just google it).

I've had a rubbermaid of them in my garage for years... and haven't bought live or frozen food in a long time.

I'll look into it Matt thanks, anyone else have ideas? I was even thinking of raising other shrimp or something but I like the raise my own food idea
