I have an approximately 14 gallon section of my sump sectioned off as a refugium. I was thinking about using it to breed feeder minnows or guppies for my sunfish. Has anyone ever done this? Suggestions?

breed guppys czause they are livebearers u dont need to take the parents out or anything... or ou could get like 24 ghost shrimp and they do the same thing as gup[p[ys just spawn like crazy
I was thinking of getting hold of a pair of tilapia so they can breed feeder babies. they spawn at a small size, get big enough to handle their own with large fish. just let them spawn and the other fish will pick off the babies. its just an idea right now but would be cool to do it.
