Anyone buy an Arowana from Todd Wilson?

I am considering buying a larger african arowana from Todd Tilson. He is advertising on aqua bid. Have any of you bought from him or had any experiance wirh him? He is located in Dallas. Thanks in advance for the help. I hope its ok to post this here?

I asked for an Invoice threw PayPal with Live arrival guarantee stated and all of the sudden he ran out. Obviously a scammer

These people are nuts scamming others. I know a store manger at a lfs and he told me a few days ago some guy came in saying he'll buy 100 dead fish from him. He goes why and he goes I buy fish online and I'll just it to make the DOA. He goes if I see you in my shop ever again I'm calling the cops.

People are crazy out there.

There are a lot of scammers out here, one guy tried to buy a car with fake checks and another is buying groceries with fake checks under the name "youv Ben hahdd" the weird thing is they haven't got the second guy yet,
