Hello, mqktandy contacted me about a year ago with a filter his company designed to remove nitrates. After a lot of talk with Andy, I decided to purchase their reactor for over 300 dollars. The reactor has done absolutely nothing except cause problems. What confuses me is the reactor seemed legit but has not lowered nitrates one bit. He responded to my questions for the first few months but he won't respond to me at all. I know I am a fool for buying a product like this but I guess it is a lesson to learn to not trust everyone. If someone has purchased this product and has success, please help me. Others who haven't, beware of this user and what he is trying to sell. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
