Anyone else keep these Tetras?

So, last time I asked this type of question, it was about Sumo Loaches (not very many members keep them apparently). However, I recently got some new Tetras that are not really well known (they don't even have a common name yet besides HY511 Tetra). I just want to know if anyone else keeps HY511 Tetras. Here's a short video I took

Looks like Serpae tetras

They are very common in the hobby

The HY511 is a hybrid. I do have Serpaes in this tank though. The HY511 Tetras have the white fins. I'll post a more high quality video so you can see it better

That is really close, but notice it has a black dorsal fin instead of white. However, it looks like this is one of the species involved in making the HY511 hybrid
