Anyone ever keep a Hong Kong pleco?

I just got one today. He has been hiding all day though. Just interested if anyone ever gave these a shot.

From what I've read, I need to get a couple more. They are actually loaches.

i actually have seen those more and more around cali



its a butterfly pleco or butterfly loach


i don't remeber the sci name though

i had 2, never saw them, always hiding. had them for 3 mon, got them at 1" and they were eaten by my tsn. so they dont grow very fast. i would have moved them to another tank but good luck trying to catch them. i just left them in there and i guess at night they made a wrong turn and got eaten

Apparently they get to 3"
