Anyone ever keep a sleeper or marbeled Goby?

The ones at work have no tolerance for aggressive eaters. Ours are in a convict tank and they usually get ready to snatch the flake, but they take too long so the convicts get the food. Them the marbled sleeper gobies try to bite the convicts.

I have heard from a customers that his jumped through the hole where the filter is as well.
 
Once they settle in they are much more enjoyable. My first took a few days and the second two weeks. After that they started to hunt ans swim around a lot more.
