Anyone ever seen a yellow pure trimac?

You can't really tell to be honest.

For what it's worth, there's a photo on Juan Miquel's site, the Cichlid Room Companion that looks pretty yellow to me.

I posted the link...but it's protected, If you have access, go to the site and search the catalog for the fish. No read...all yellow.

I've also seen photos of the late Mike Sheridan's Trimac. That thing looked like a banana with fins. :)

What he trying to say is fade out. Like how a Barred midas fades out into an orange midas..

Trimacs are green to yellow with iridescent.

I have seen Trimacs with a lot of yellow as in the pictures, I have never seen a pure Xanthic Trimac. Not to say one couldn’t exist, I just have never seen or heard of one.
