anyone ever used oxygen tablets?

They are advertised sometimes for keeping fishing bait more lively, makes sense to me...

I may be shiping a fish, and am currious about oxygen creating tablets.

I also hear they are good to have on hand incase of power outage.

has anyone ever used them before? what do you think?

I've been thinking of them so I can take fish to school to give to my mates and swap them and such.

I used them during my 4 day power outage. It's a temporary fix, and you don't want to overdose.

i used them when i shipped my dats from japan. even after customs took my fish into custody (had all the paperwork, but F&G inspector was not available over that weekend) they lasted 3 days!!! i figured they would be dead by the time i picked them up but they all lived.

I use those bag buddies when I take my fish home from the local pet/fish store to my house.
don't know if they're working though since it's only a 10~30minute ride.lol
