Any ideas? I got this guy about a month ago, labelled as a "tiger pleco", doesn't look like any tiger pleco I've seen on Google or planet catfish. Someone in the pleco section said Peckoltia, possibly brevis, but the markings aren't right.

Maybe L205.

I’ve seen those come in mixed up with some commons at an LFS. They didn’t notice or care so they were super cheap but I didn’t have room for more plecos and passed. I tried looking them up too but never did find out what they were. They are definitely not a tiger, king tiger, or anything of the sort. Update the post if you find out

It seems like head matches alot of different fish, the pattern on the body is what's making it hard, mine has larger spots instead of bars that I'm finding on most pictures.

Dude no way I made an account just recently to figure out what pleco I have here.and whadda you know you have the exact same pleco as mine he was also sold to me as a tiger pleco but I figured he wasn’t a tiger either. I had went with the assumption maybe he was a clown pleco because there were some clowns in the same tank as him. He is now pushing 5 inches and he is chunky. That’s crazy my pleco is identical to yours I have a video of him just no idea how to post it as I am new here. Sorry for the ramble thanks
