i just got one about a ft long, hes an @.... but i love him anyway lol

btw.... is Equestris pronounced (equeestris??)

how did u take care of him, and what did his tank look like
 
I built a custom cage about the size of a 75 gallon flipped on it's side. Basically I had lots of sticks and fake plants for him to hide in. Treat it like a large, over grown green anole. They have slow metabolisms so don't be shocked if it fasts for a week between feedings.
 
I had two, male/female pair. The female was short fat and liked to bite, but I could handle my male fine. I built the cage and it was close to a flipped 55 gallon tank. For mine I used eco earth as a substrate and it worked great. I also used fake plants and branches, and I found the best way to water them without misting was with a small waterfall that kept nearby leaves moist for them. before that had to mist them 3X a day since mine wouldn't drink from a dish, which is also like green anoles.
