Was wondering growth rate to expect after they reach a foot in length. Haven't seen much documentation on this.

Anyone grow out an UJ from 12" to 15-18"?

Many UJs don't get to 15"s-18"s, but below are some examples from my own tanks. I have found growth rate many times depend on individual specimen and how big of eaters they are.
Weeksii 12"s- 15"+ : Almost 2 years: not a big eater
Teugelsi 12"s- 15"+ : 6-8 months : big eater
Ornate 12"s- 15"s+ : 10-12 monthsr: semi big eater

imo Lj grow really really slow past the 12-15" range. Imo Endilicheri grow really fast! Pbb are freaking slow growers LOL
My teugelsi went from 7" to 16" in about a year and a half. Its possible if they have a 180+.
My Pbb has grown a little over an inch in the last 4 months. I got him at 19" though.
I would have to agree endlicheri are the fastest growers in my experience. I bought a 12" wc endli and it grew to 21" in nine months
