Looking to see if anyone has ever kept a Crystal Eyed Catfish (Hemibagrus wyckii) before? I am thinking about adding this to the final tank in my fish room as a kinda easy mode single specimen tank, and I wanted to put something that was off the beaten path. Any experience anyone has had with these would be really appreciated.

Reputation to be about as vicious as a fish can get. Kills stuff that's much bigger just for bad mood. Otherwise beautiful and low-maintenance (same as any mondo-cat), or so the reports go. I've only ever seen one in a restaurant "pick your dinner" tank in Vietnam.
Thanks for the reply. I have to say that I am pretty interested in this fish. Need to check with my LFS to see what the chances of getting one of these from the wholesaler is.
