The outlet pipe and the outlet pipe extension got messed up during maintenance today, so it looks like I'm going to have to contact Rena.
The unfortunate thing is I have to leave for my parents house for a few days, and it's looking pretty flimsy... As the busted outlet pipe is being held behind my tank with duct tape (!), so should the pressure break, I'm going to have a flood. I've done a decent tape job though, and I'm going to stick rolled up newspaper at the back to make sure it holds in a second.
The question is, anyone have experience dealing with Rena for replacement canister parts?
Do they charge you a lot?
