Anyone have exprience about ship airport to airport ?

Can you guys help me ship from airport to airport by delta cargo ? Yesterday , i packed my fish to ship from SNA to BWI . When i went to warehouse at airport, they said i cannot ship 2 box of fish because i dont have member . If im not member , i have to book before 24 hrs ?? Is it correct ??

Call n book the flight. Then drop them off at the cargo facility.
