i have a 280g 6'x3'x2't. will have the following: 16" niger cat, 10" irwini cat, 12" fire eel and will get 2-3 MM rays approx 9".
havent decided which yet but i want to have one of the following to go with these:
either 2 dozen or so buenos aries tetra, 2 dozen marble hatches, few dozen red platies and few festivum cichlids
or festivums, severums and an arowana or 2
i know the tetras, hatchets and platies with slowing get eaten but i get them real cheap.
wife wants blood parrots but i have experienced a wide range of temperment with them.
anyhow, here's our list of possible tankmates, let me know if there any problem mixing with rays. not all will be together. more interested if tankmate will bother rays. dont care if the tankmates gets eaten by the ray.
