No, you just need to buy a lot of algae encrusted rock and or corals!
I have the DVD that this clip is from, cool fish, I think they actually look badass. A group would be sweet, but one would need a very large tank...length is about 4' on these guys I think.
There was someone on here earlier this year talking about keeping napolean wrasses, so if he could do it (I dont think he ever actually DID) but technically there are people out there with the tanks.
