No one has these. I remember aquamojo had a pair but can't find the thread for them

I'm purchasing a female from a member on here. Should do well with my other female fish.

Yea I see them for sale on a few sites but shipping is $50+ and the fish hobby has a budget now that I have a kid. Buddy of mine has a regular female loiselli that's pretty. They are my favorite parachromis and I haven't seen one in my area in years. Your pair is nice.

I hear you on the budget part :) Shipping is just part of the game nowadays, i've found that if I want quality fish I have to order in from elsewhere as 99% of the local fish around me are overbred or accidentaly/purposely hybridized.

Yea the fish stores in the Albany, NY area is lackiing the past few years for quality fish. Every fish I now own are all online orders. The problem with that is in my area when you go to sell a fish if you need to people think your charging too much but don't realize the quality of fish your selling is leaps above store quality. Then there's the lfs who order the same fish all the time and if yout try to trade a fish they don't know about they try to low ball ya. I wish I had more options for online buying. We have rapps and shark aquarium which are the top vendors near NY but they have nothing I want and its been like that for about a year now. I can only order from the distant vendors so much without the wife complaining about the cost.

The same problem exists here in MN with people not wanting to pay for quality. The way I have gotten around this is to simply order the fish I want to keep long term and if they spawn...great...if not, no biggie. I am not worried about selling fry, I just want to enjoy the fish. I buy pairs for the sole reason of being able to see their true behavior with each other....not for breeding.
