How big do they get?
How do you sex adults?
At what age/size are they adults?

Also side question in growout tanks what do you guys do with the ones not making the grade?

www.fishbase.org has all the scientific info. Pics can be found doing a google image search. As for the subpar ones, either feed them to something bigger or rehome them.
