anyone have this problem?

I have a 8" jar in a 100g right now and it has like a slouch back. The other day it jumped and hit the top of the tank. Think it might have broken its back? It tries to stay up on the tank but the tail keeps coming down and bringing him down with it.

What is there I can do so it won't suffer

if the back is broken, i dont know but chances of recovery might be slim.... thats is, concerning on the 'looks' department. the fish has a good chance of surviving, butwith a bent back
