anyone help with my pond filter its too slow

i dont know how to upload a video on here i wissh i could but it is this filter it is slow the media came with it is 1 black sheet and 1 blue spong and a ton of bio balls i first put the blue sheet in then the black on top then bio balls on top of that to not clog the filter intake but still it sucks

Can't tell from your pics. It should be written on the box somewhere.

It's a gravity filter and rated for low flow. Like 500gph. Filter is designed with an overflow so low flow is not because it is clogging.

the pump i saw has some crap in it tho there is no way to clean it? or should i bother? shoudl i put a net around it

Rule of thumb is pond shoulds be turned 1X per hour. Large ponds can be less.
