I set up a 75 and I went fishing and caught 3 crabs all the same size so I figured I'd put them in the 75 and see how it goes. I also put clams, snails and 12 sm fish. I feed the crabs unused bait , shrimp ,etc. The 1 crab wants to do nothing but eat. I threw a large fish head in (a little bigger than the crabs) with them it started eating then another crab came over and it killed it then ate him then went back to eating the fish head. When you go near the tank he attacks the glass. Cleaning I have to put a net in there to block him so he don't get me.
So far he killed (ate) 2 other crabs , 6 clams and about about 2 dozen snails. It's ok cause when he gets big enough I might eat him
The small fish he don't bother at all yet but he does eat the flake food that I feed them. Anyone here keep/kept a blue claw crab?
