I just called out of curiosity the main water company for most of PA, its Pennsylvania American Water Company. I asked what they used to disinfect the water with. As of now they use chlorine, but come 2009 they will be switching to the more dangerous Chloramine. So if you have PAWC as your water distributor please be aware.
