Anyone in the Pensacola Florida area?

at the 'Bama Breeze
Ill be down there from Feb29-March1 and Ill be doing some fishing at dawn on the Pensacola beach pier for some pompano and sheepshead. Im from out of town but no noob and know how to catch em! If you are up for it Id love to meet some one out there!

BTW both fish are TASTEY!
 
id suggest finding a guide and go out for the day and get some sailfish
 
I dont need a guide for that. We have a 26' CC down there. Its just that Im going down cause Im in my cousins wedding and we dont have time to go out all day.Besides the sailfish wont be around this time of year.

Im going to just have time to be fishing the night after rehearsal on a bridge over the sound for redfish, trout, flounder, and maybe sheepies and dawn the morning of the wedding on the pier on the Gulf for pompano and sheepies.
 
I just got back today. I only had time to fish Saturday morning. The sheepies where EVERYWHERE but locked up. I did land the only one of the day though. Went about 6lbs The water and weather was beautiful. I wish I could move there!
 
if ya come back, hit me up i'll take you to a few local spots you'll nail the redfish bro.
 
kntrygrl, I go down several times a year. I have family down in Gulf Breeze. We will have to meet up next time!

Milkman, you are pretty far from P'cola arent you? Hell everything in Florida is far from P'cola!

I love it down there. So beautiful! I will be moving there soon....i hope!
