pickeral yum!
no walleye, not pickerel.

Walleye are not suited for home aquaria. And require a vary large tank even bigger then what bass need.

yes i do have a walleye tank. they are doing very well also. i have a 180 gallon tank, no water chiller either. my tank has three eyes, three perch, and 3 hybrid gills. all are doing great and growing very well. they do eat like pigs to. they all have grown about 1 to 2 inches in about 3 months. so yes you can have eyes in a home tank, my tanks temp is 63 to 68 degrees. if you want walleye then go for it. if you have any other questions feel free to ask. i am new to this fish keeping also but have had sucess so far. hope this helps.

no dont just go for it :screwy:. A normal 180 is to small for 1 adult walleye. If you really want a walleye plan on keeping it for life and mimic its environment this involves a 300+ gallon tank with a chiller or a constant cold place to keep the tank such as a basement.

I kept one today. A 20"er and it is going to be tasty.
