They seem like a really cool looking fish, I love how they have offsets of dark blue in their coloration, and how they seem to be the largest of the bristle nose plecos.
I've been wanting another pleco or two, and the one requirement is that it has to not be an overly small fish, since I have some good sized fish in the tank I want to keep one in. My last pleco was some type of common that stayed at the 8" mark for about 6 years (died due to sandy sadly) and was totally fine with two bichirs in a heavily planted tank (left all the plants alone, surprisingly).
I've also considered something like, a breeding pair of bristlenose plecos, but I fear that even those fully grown would be a little small for my tank. That and....I think Medusa plecos just look so much cooler.
