My brother got out of there the other day. Waited 11 hours for the rcmp to give them the ok to get the hell outta there and he said his camp was a friggen zoo from the city evacuating to the camps. Yes it could and it is unreal

Yeah pretty intense. I saw on the news there were people looting and breaking into evacuated homes, I didn't think that happened in Canada.

No matter where you are some people will just devolve into opportunistic predaters in times of disaster or catastrophe.

I've heard the fires grew so intense they've created a weather system that perpetuates the fire. I'm not sure how true it is.

I know CA had some big fires before...even here in Texas. Not sure if this beats them. I can't image being in the middle of that.

I didn't think that happened in Canada.

Stop listening to Micheal Moore. My Wife lived in Canada from 2002-05. The family she stayed with had locks and alarms on the house. She was actually surprised I wasn't locking my house at the time(when I was home).
