So i am going to look into an acrylic front for my 5000 instead of a glass front.. i am in need of a either 4'x8' sheet or a 10'x4 sheet i would assume atleast 1" thick...

www.mcmaster.com Search for acrylic. They have it up to 1" 4x8 sheets.
