Anyone know anything about cell phones?

I have a LG VX8300 and I had some "Flix" saved onto my memory card and I wanted to put them onto my phones memory so I clicked move and it deleted them . I want to find some way to get these back if at all possible. Thanks

so when you clicked move where did it say it was moving it too.
does the phone have a file manager.
if it has totally deleted it then your screwed.
