Anyone know anything about mushrooms...?

And if so, care to identify these, and tell me why they keep appearing in my Crested Gecko tank I figure humidity is a factor but I was also wondering about species ID.

Hmm... I'm not sure on the ID, but you may be able to prevent them from growing if you sterilize everything including the substrate.

They are fun! Hahaha! Anyway have you changed out the substrate? That is about the only way to get rid of them bc the majority of the fungus is under the substrate and just sending mushrooms up to breed. You can reduce the humidity but the organism is still there. As far as species goes I'm not sure but I would let them stay if it doesn't bother you. They will help any live plants grow better and they look cool.

They remind me a bit of golden top mushrooms... although thats just from my extremely limited knowledge of mushrooms...
