Anyone know anything about Rubber Nose Plecos

Im thinking im going to need a nother pleco, Im getting a 120 gallon tank soon and only have a bristle nose at the moment. Does anyone know anything about the rubber nose? They have one at the pet store right now and im curiouse.
Do they get along with other plecos?
How big do they get?
Do they have fins that they keep close to there body like the bristle nose, I have cichlids...so fins are best kept close.
Are they shy like the Bristle nose?

They are very shy and won't last long against Cichlids. They also need fast flowing water.

Mine isn't very shy - he generally follows my 15 inch common wherever the big guy goes, but I wouldn't put one in with cichlids. When my common was about 10 inches long he lived with a group of African cichlids and they left him be, so I would suggest probably a larger sized pleco that the cichlids wouldn't be as likely to try to pick on.

they're pretty tough. my 3 inch bugs the heck out of my pictus cat. like he purposely starts fights. nobody gets hurt though. just annoyed. and his fins are almost never close to his body
