Isnt that som sort of trevally (spelling on that?) in with this cat? Then it should be brackish or saltwater? It sure does look interesting.
 
Rarely imported & if it's truly come from Suriname shipment only, that's surely a hefty price. 4' in the wild, rarely seen ariidae grow big in captive. I'd say max like 2-2.5'
