anyone know how to use dophin p-808 power head top filter?

never seen one before, but the basic concept is powerhead in the tank pushes water through the tubing up to the filter. the flow through the filter and back into the tank are by gravity.
 
The water level should be close to the top. As mentioned, the powerhead goes into the tank, feeds the filter from below and water flows back to the tank through the out in the filter. Go on line and look it up.
