Hello
Anyone know online places that sell netting/net repair kits?

Just the actual netting is what I am looking for not the handle.

Thanks

For dipnets go to a fabric shop or walmart and buy mesh laundry bags.

What happened with the net?

Trying to net a corn in my backyard tree I caused a slight tear getting caught in a branch . Serves me right for taking cell phone pics of everything to send to my friends in NY.

High time I take the comp camera out of the box and use zoom lense lol.

My wife sewed it last night but I am not thrilled with the net material its for trout. I dont know if that makes a difference?

I want it stronger so looking for another material. The net itself is great as it can fold to 2 feet and locks at 5 feet and strong steel handle but the mesh itself seems kinda soft/weak.

I want to use it for fish and also herping as it beats the 18 inch fish tank net I used for herping lol .

Ahh.. I thought maybe you snagged a big rock or something and it tore. Pretty Close...

I had planned to use it today after 2 pm but by looking outside you can tell its going to pour all day .

Yeah I was talking to the wife and shes goes .. So .. No fishing on your lunch break today huh?

Its helping the canals though. No dead fish seen this week so far. All the fish are looking good in some of my canals and they are alot more active.

Tired of all the gar though. I cant get to some spots because the gar hit the bait as soon as it lands..

Oh yes we needed rain. Place I go by Glades was dry the tiny ponds fed by canals were bone dry and my cichlid canal was about 4 inches of water .
