Anyone know what kind of Peacock these are

probably occel hybrids. Give them time....cichla take a good year to start showing their true color.
 
FL are mono/Occell hybrids with markings either favoring either or, or meeting halfway.
 
any idea of growth rate and best diet want these guys to grow, also what about tank mates right now they are in a tank with peacock cichlids, wondered about adding a couple oscars or severum
 
^^^you'll be fine as long as they are the same size. Pellets are your best bet. Frozen blood/brine etc is a good way to start if they wont accept pellets.
 
My local pet store has a red belly severum, at least thats what I think its called, (I cant remember) I was interested in and plenty oscars. just wanted to be sure the peacock cichlids wouldnt kill them
