Anyone know what this could be? Possible health problem.

Hi guys. I was writing notes today when I noticed my hand was a bit shakey. It's been doing this for the past few days, as well as my hands and feet being really cold all the time.
Anyone know what it could be, and if the two symptoms are related? It's kind of freaking me out.
 
Also, just to add, I'm 15 and 135lbs, so a bit underweight and still growing. Could this be related?
 
you should never trust a forum for a diagnosis, going to see a family dr or a nurse at your hospital is your best bet. If your worried about the price or dont want to tell your parents go see the school nurse, if they have one, or the gym teacher since they normally do health.
 
I will be seeing a doctor, I've told my mom, and I'm taught at home haha. Just wanted to see if any of you guys knew.
 
Would low blood pressure explain the shakiness?
 
Well I have tremors in my hands and arms and I am 20 yrs old and they're benign. I started to get mine when I was 17 though. ask your doctor about tremors.
 
Alright...yeah I'll definitely get my mom to take me to the doctor. I have a friend who's epileptic and he had tremors before he started to have seizures...so I'm quite aware of these things :/
