Anyone know what this is

Ok so I have 3 different fish in 3 different tank with this going on any ideas of what it is and how to fix it I can get more pics if needed its just odd looked like brusing at first but now there getting like a white head to it almost looks like a zit thank

No have not used feeders in over a year

I would say bad water quality. If its on all 3 of your tanks chances are you aren't changing water enough on all of them.
