My aro came in with a red swelling on his lower lip. It has progressively gotten worse. Water is checked daily. Changes are 25% bi weekly. It seems to be losing tissue. I will post pics of two weeks ago and now

Bump. Yes, that answers your question. He bumps his barbels on glass and injures them. It is a young fish. Offer it more cover until it is more comfortable. Larger more frequent water changes.
 
its not cotton mouth is it? or maybe fungus?
 
Possibly so. I can't tell. I dosed tetracycline yesterday bc the milder things weren't doing anything. Necrosis was happening. Seems like it is possibly improved today. I will continue the treatment and keep fingers crossed. I'm open to any suggestions
