anyone know why my jardini swims sideways at times?

I've had many jardini's but in my new tank at my new house my little jar swims sideways 50% of the time. I have a 95 gal corner tank and the back is painted black...could that have something to do with it?

Any insight/help is greatly appreciated.

Well Ray sounds like it could be a spinal or swim bladder injury might wanna check on him you know.
I'm not an expert so I'm just giving the best input on this a have for ya and good look getting back to health

sometime he doesn't do it but when its swimming near the painted glass then i notice he does it a lot.
