I would guess juvenile hemibagrus wyckioides, but the whiskers are throwing me off. One of the experts around here should be able to nail it down though.

This is pretty rarely encountered in the hobby it seems. I'd think Cephalocassis or a related Ariidae (marine catfishes) species https://www.planetcatfish.com/common/genus.php?genus_id=193#1185 or indeed perhaps a Tachysurus species, which are too the Ariidae.
As an alternative, it also bears similarities (to me) to the Harlequin lancer and Black lancer catfishes. EDIT: no, not these. I think Wesley Wong has recently brought in some such catfish, maybe... not the ones with the bulbous head but a different one. Cold water catfish. The name escapes me. Chinese catfish something...
It would take a while for me to hunt it down looking through photos on the PCF.
