The two on the bottom are Altolamprologus calvus.
The one on top right is a Neolamprologus tretocephalus by the way.

Just as an FYI the calvus are extremely slow growers.

Is the growth rate similar to Malawi eyebiter?

I have never kept an eyebiter so can’t comment on that. But I do currently have some black calvus and even with 2-3 per week water changes they have barely increased in size in the 8 months or so that I have had them.
