anyone make there own bubble wall/wand before ?

So I have one of those bubble walls that are tubes ya get from walmart that ya drill or poke holes in it, but seems it clogs itself up every week or something like that... I have tried airstone as well but with my sand any air that comes out from the air stone blows sand around and it gets buried within a few days thus blowing my sand everywere in the tank ...

So I'm just curious if anyone has made there own bubble wall or air stone ?? Or has any suggestions ?? I like the fact that I can suction cup the tube I have now to the back wall so it don't distrub the sand but also after a fine mist from a tube/wand etc.... Anyone have suggestions or anything ?

put bigger hole in the tube. so it wont clog as easy

I've tried that but the bubbles come out much bigger then I like... I kinda would like a fine mist of bubbles.. Maybe I'm in need of a more powerful pump as well... But ya would think regardless the size of pump it would still bubble in a fine mist just won't produce as much or come out as fast right ?

I think this is just an ongoing maintenance of running a fine mist bubble wand. They get clogged up so maybe have 2 of them you can swap out while you soak and clean the other. Just keep alternating them while you clean the dirty one.
