anyone own this fish

anyone own a sturgeon i just got one and was wondering if anyone owns or owned one.

Nope, and unless I had a pond I would never get one. I knew a guy who tried to keep one (sterlit) in a 29g, needless to say it did not live long. In the fish lab at my college there was a lake sturgeon who lives in a decent sized (still not large enough) cool river tank with trout.

ya they do get big i wouldn't have bought him if i didnt have a pond but luckly for me i do

i had to tear down my old one to make way for a new one bigger one im still diggin it so i'll post pics when im finished with it

I was going to biuld myselaf a pond but couldnt get the money in time though.
But now i have anew job, hopefully making more money so i'll be able to get the pond i wanted!

sweet its just im the only one out of my famly digin the pond and its taking for ever and i dont know when i will get it done im kinda being lazy about it

Here's a pic of one of my sterlets. This species only hits 2ft so, it'll stay manageable for aquariums. I have both standard color and albino.
